ORDER PROCESS

Either email Kate for the latest order form/s or download directly from the relevant brand's website. Fill in the order form and email it to Kate. Please also tell her your invoice address, delivery address, contact person and phone number, and EORI number for import (click here to apply for a EORI number if you don't already have one).

Kate will send you a written quote, including shipping, in euros and tell you an approximate production time. Please check the quote and confirm that you want to go ahead with the order.

Kate will send you an invoice directly from the brand. You will pay them directly, in euros. Usually payment is before production, although exceptions can sometimes be made in special circumstances.

Kate will send you tracking info once your order is shipped. It will be shipped directly to you, and any import charges are your responsibilty (usually free or small charge for parcels, usually £50-£75 for pallets). Please make sure you keep an eye on emails once you receive tracking info as shipping companies will sometimes need to contact you about the import. Make sure you note any damages with the delivery driver if relevant.

Your EORI number will ensure that the import VAT is recorded on a PVAT certificate. Your accountant will need access to your PVAT account or a copy of your monthly certificates. Also, you might want to ask the shipping company for a copy of the import declaration for your records.

By now you may have realised that there is a little bit more to buying direct than you first thought. Don't worry, its pretty straight forward and ultimately you will get a better price on the holds than buying through GripZ as a distributor :-)
