How to place an order

Just download the latest order form/s (euro walls please email kate.gripz@gmail.com for the latest eur order forms) for the brand/s you are interested in (please always check the date on the order form to make sure its the most upto date version)

With the help of a catalogue or the brands website, complete the order form and send it to kate.gripz@gmail.com

Kate will send you a written quote. Please check it and let her know if everything is correct and you want to go ahead.

Kate will send you an invoice once you have accepted the quote. Euro walls will be invoiced directly from the brand. Payment is due before production unless special terms are arranged in advance. Once payment has been received your order will be placed and you will be given an approximate completion date.

Kate will provide you with updates and send you tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.

Please check all packaging before signing 'proof of delivery', and then check the order. Inform Kate, within 2 working days of receipt of goods, if there are any issues with your order.
